Shipments and returns

Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 - 4 days after receipt of payment and We will use DHL/UPS/EMS/FEDEX/indoshipment/logisticsindo or as your requested. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Packing Terms:
All Products in our Company are Brand New,unpacked,We will use secure packing of your goods,If the products are damaged during the transport,Please inform our service department immediately when you received the goods.

 

 Reture Requirements:
In case you find the products have quality problems,Please contact with our sales staff to exchange or reture products within 7 days after your received the products.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected..

When purchasing our products, Please confirm that you have bought the right products, If you make mistake when placking the orders,then we will charge 15% reture poundage. (Special products are non-refundable or exchangable)
 

If the undeserved damage is caused due to personal reasons,We don't accept reture or exchange.
